When you choose to work with us, we’ll both sign a Letter of Intent—an important step that reflects our shared commitment to moving forward together.

We collaborate with your architect or designer to offer construction expertise and pricing insights.
Once the design is complete, structural drawings are finalized by an engineer.
Engineered plans are then submitted for permits to the appropriate city or county building department.

With completed plans in hand, we prepare a detailed, transparent bid outlining scope of work, material selections, and pricing.
We walk you through the bid line by line to ensure clarity and alignment with your goals.
We revise the bid as needed to reflect any changes in design, materials, or scope.
Once you're fully comfortable, we finalize and sign a construction contract that sets clear expectations for budget, schedule, and responsibilities.
We provide a project timeline and communicate next steps to keep everything moving forward smoothly.

We schedule a pre-construction meeting to review logistics, expectations, and communication protocols.
A dedicated project manager oversees every phase of construction and keeps you informed with regular updates.
We maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site with respect for your property and neighbors.
We coordinate with trusted subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and on-time progress.
Throughout the build, we welcome your questions and input; your vision remains the top priority.
Upon completion, we walk through the project together, create a punch list if needed, and ensure every detail meets your satisfaction.
