Home Design

Once the plan drawing process begins, we collaborate closely with your chosen home designer or architect to bring creative and cost-effective ideas to the table, always keeping your vision and budget in mind. While we do not provide design services ourselves, we are happy to refer you to trusted architects and designers we have worked with for years. We also coordinate early with our experienced excavators and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) partners to ensure we are building as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. Together, we help craft smart solutions that meet your needs and make the most of your property.

Construction

Pre-Construction:
See your space before it's built — and enjoy the process along the way. We provide 3D renderings for kitchens and primary baths to help you visualize the details before construction begins. Need design support? We’re happy to connect you with trusted designers. Plus, your dedicated project manager will walk with you through every selection, making the experience smooth, clear, and stress-free.

During Construction:
Once construction begins, we take care of every detail — so you don’t have to. From start to finish, we manage the entire process with a sharp eye for quality, craftsmanship, and precision. We’re committed to honoring your plans and specifications, ensuring your home is built exactly the way you envisioned.

Home Completion

Walkthrough:
When your home is complete, we’ll walk through it together during your homeowner orientation. This is our chance to show you how everything works, help you get comfortable with your home’s systems, and share tips on how to care for and maintain your new space. We want you to feel confident, informed, and truly at home.

Warranty:
Even after you move in, we’re still here for you. We provide continued support to ensure you have everything you need — whether it’s help with warranty items or guidance on future projects. Your peace of mind matters to us, and we’re just a call away whenever you need us.

We finished up a remodel of our home a week or so ago and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Working with Heartwood Homes, Jennifer and her team were an absolute joy. We made it tricky as we had ordered unique fixtures from Europe which she and her team managed perfectly. She was wonderful and easy to have around and hires top notch subs(important when you have family). Her eye for detail, standard of work and finished product are impeccable.
