We finished up a remodel of our home a week or so ago and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Working with Heartwood Homes, Jennifer and her team were an absolute joy. Jennifer is such a nice person and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what we wanted to accomplish. She offered great ideas that we probably wouldn't have thought of and they all turned out terrific. I absolutely recommend Jennifer and her team. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy. Our "small" project to install a new stove hood (and install a new microwave under our counters) was actually quite big and required an electrician, tile work, and a cabinet remake. Throughout our entire experience Jennifer was a great problem solver and very attentive; she provided excellent recommendations, showed considerable attention to detail, and hired great subcontractors. In that process she was very articulate with a high attention to detail, and driven to complete the project. When our master bath came up for remodel she was the obvious choice. In this process from start to finish Jennifer was organized, presented us with timelines for progress and payment, led her subs which she reserved and managed, was on property daily making sure all was done with no shortcuts. We made it tricky as we had ordered unique fixtures from Europe which she and her team managed perfectly. As a busy family, Jennifer respected our daily timeline and requests with regards to construction disruption. The jobsite was cleaned up daily, never a mess! She was wonderful and easy to have around and hires top notch subs(important when you have family). Her eye for detail, standard of work and finished product are impeccable. We would/will have her complete any future builds if they should arise!

Heartwood has done two jobs for us. The quality of work was excellent. The communication was superb. And they are great people. We will use them again and definitely recommend them to friends.
